Rush-Solano Consulting was founded on January 12, 2009 by Willie Rush. For the first year of business we used the name of Rush Consultoria de Negocios, and our main office was located in San Jose the capital of Costa Rica. To date Rush-Solano has now relocated to Washington D.C., where we changed the company structure and name to fit our new structure. Rush-Solano Consulting has customers in Canada, The United States, and Costa Rica.
